The Blue Ridge Runners were formed by a group of friends in Bristol in 1989. It was formed to help people with American and other unusual vehicles in the south west of England and in doing so to help local charities in the area.
Since 1989 we have donated approx. £15000 to these charities via annual motor shows.
Blue Ridge Runners are now a nationally recognised club, our chairman is one of the founder members of the club and is recognised and respected by a lot of other national clubs.
The Blue Ridge Runners are growing with every year encouraging more people to enjoy the hobby of unusual vehicles and to be able to help others less fortunate than ourselves.
We hope to be able to continue helping B.I.B.I.C (British Institute for Brain Injured Children) for as long as possible with the excellent work they do for the children.
We hope this will explain a little bit about us, if you wish to speak to our chairman please telephone Paul on 01278 683669.
